Payment of fees

An application for registration as a trade repository shall include proof of payment of the relevant registration fees established in Commission Delegated Regulation (EU) 2019/360 (8).

(8) Commission Delegated Regulation (EU) 2019/360 of 13 December 2018 supplementing Regulation (EU) 2015/2365 of the European Parliament and of the Council with regard to fees charged by the European Securities and Markets Authority to trade repositories (See page 58 of this Official Journal).
