Definition of the term ‘trading venue operator’
For the purposes of this Regulation, ‘trading venue operator’ means any of the following:

(a) |
a market operator operating a regulated market, an MTF or an OTF; |
|
(b) |
an investment firm operating an MTF or an OTF. |
