Article 21
Entry into force and application
This Regulation shall enter into force on the twentieth day following that of its publication in the Official Journal of the European Union.
It shall apply from 3 January 2018.
However, Article 15a(4) shall apply from 1 January 2019 and Articles 14(2), 15(1), (2) and (3), and 20(b) shall apply from 3 September 2019.
This Regulation shall be binding in its entirety and directly applicable in all Member States.
