Article 64
Recoupment of payments
The resolution authority shall recover, to the largest extent possible, any reasonable expenses incurred in connection with a payment as referred to in Article 62 in any of the following ways:

(a) |
from the CCP under resolution, as a preferred creditor; |

(b) |
from any consideration paid by the purchaser where the sale of business tool has been applied; |
|
(c) |
from any proceeds generated as a result of the termination of the bridge CCP, as a preferred creditor. |
