Article 23
Cooperation between authorities
1.
Competent authorities shall cooperate closely with each other, with ESMA and, if necessary, with the ESCB.
2.
Competent authorities shall, in the exercise of their general duties, duly consider the potential impact of their decisions on the stability of the financial system in all other Member States concerned, in particular the emergency situations referred to in Article 24, based on the available information at the time.
