Amendment to Regulation (EU) No 1095/2010

In Article 1(2) of Regulation (EU) No 1095/2010, the words ‘any future legislation in the area of Alternative Investment Fund Managers (AIFM)’ are replaced by the words ‘Directive 2011/61/EU of the European Parliament and of the Council of 8 June 2011 on Alternative Investment Fund Managers (*12)
