Article 1
Accuracy and reliability of information to be provided to investors
1. Crowdfunding service providers shall ensure that the information provided to investors pursuant to Article 6(2) and (4) of Regulation (EU) 2020/1503 is accurate, reliable and kept regularly updated.
2. For the purposes of paragraph 1, crowdfunding service providers shall ensure that:

(a) |
the data used to conduct the assessments of creditworthiness referred to in Chapter II of this Regulation are consistent, complete and appropriate; |
|
(b) |
the measurement techniques are appropriate to the complexity and level of the risks underlying the single crowdfunding projects and/or the portfolios, are based on reliable data, and are subject to periodic validation; and |
|
(c) |
the procedures relating to data management are robust well documented, reliable and regularly updated. |
