Article 5
Assessment of operational risk affecting liquidity
Competent authorities shall assess the consequences of any of the following operational events on the investment firm’s liquidity:

(a) |
the unavailability of the investment firm’s systems used to access the market or funding sources; |
|
(b) |
an interruption of services at custodians and cash correspondents; |
|
(c) |
external or internal frauds; |
|
(d) |
compensations and claims related to order execution errors. |
