An overview section of a prospectus shall only use the term ‘summary’ if it complies with the requirements laid down in Article 7 of Regulation (EU) 2017/1129.

Where the summary of a prospectus is to be supplemented in accordance with Article 23 of Regulation (EU) 2017/1129, the new information shall be integrated in the summary of that prospectus in a way that enables investors to easily identify the changes. The new information shall be integrated in the summary of the prospectus either by producing a new summary or by supplementing the original summary.
