Article 11
Criteria for the valuation of the assets to be divested
1.
For the purposes of Article 21(2), point (c), of Regulation (EU) 2015/760, the manager of an ELTIF shall start the valuation of the assets to be divested before the deadline referred to in Article 21(1) of Regulation (EU) 2015/760 and shall finalise that valuation within no more than 6 months before that deadline.
2.
The manager of an ELTIF may take into account valuations made in accordance with Article 19 of Directive 2011/61/EU where such valuation has been finalised no more than 6 months before the deadline referred to in paragraph 1.
