Article 37
Access rules
An application for authorisation shall include a description of the procedures for dealing with the following requests for access:

(a) |
from legal persons intending to become participants in accordance with Article 33 of Regulation (EU) No 909/2014 and Chapter XIII of this Regulation; |

(b) |
from issuers in accordance with Article 49 of Regulation (EU) No 909/2014 and Chapter XIII of this Regulation; |
|
(c) |
from other CSDs in accordance with Article 52 of Regulation (EU) No 909/2014 and Chapter XIII of this Regulation; |
|
(d) |
from other market infrastructures in accordance with Article 53 of Regulation (EU) No 909/2014 and Chapter XIII of this Regulation. |
