Article 46 - Repeal

Article 46

Repeal

1.  

Directive 2003/71/EC is repealed with effect from 21 July 2019, except for:

(a) 

points (a) and (g) of Article 4(2) of Directive 2003/71/EC, which are repealed with effect from 20 July 2017; and

(b) 

point (h) of Article 1(2) and point (e) of the first subparagraph of Article 3(2) of Directive 2003/71/EC, which are repealed with effect from 21 July 2018.

References to Directive 2003/71/EC shall be construed as references to this Regulation and shall be read in accordance with the correlation table in Annex VI to this Regulation.
3.  
Prospectuses approved in accordance with the national laws transposing Directive 2003/71/EC before 21 July 2019 shall continue to be governed by that national law until the end of their validity, or until twelve months have elapsed after 21 July 2019, whichever occurs first.
