Article 37
Repeal of Directive 2003/6/EC and its implementing measures
Directive 2003/6/EC and Commission Directives 2004/72/EC, 2003/125/EC ( 18 ) and 2003/124/EC ( 19 ) and Commission Regulation (EC) No 2273/2003 ( 20 ) shall be repealed with effect from 3 July 2016. References to Directive 2003/6/EC shall be construed as references to this Regulation and shall be read in accordance with the correlation table set out in Annex II to this Regulation.
