Loss events classified into the following Level 1 event types and Level 2 categories shall always be assigned the attribute ‘Legal Risk – Misconduct’:

1.1, 1.2, 1.3, 4.1, 4.2, 4.3, 4.4, 4.5, 4.6, 4.7, 4.8

Loss events classified into Level 1 event types and Level 2 categories different than those in point 1 shall not be assigned the attribute ‘Legal risk – Misconduct’.

Loss events classified into the following Level 1 event types and Level 2 categories may be assigned the attribute ‘Legal Risk – Other than Misconduct’:

2.1, 2.2, 2.3, 2.4, 3.1, 3.2, 5.1, 5.2, 6.1, 6.2, 7.1, 7.2, 7.3, 7.4, 7.5

Loss events classified into Level 1 event types and Level 2 categories different than those in point 3 shall not be assigned the attribute ‘Legal Risk – Other than Misconduct’.

Loss events classified into the following Level 1 event types and Level 2 categories shall always be assigned the attribute ‘Model Risk’:
