Article 29

This Regulation shall enter into force on the twentieth day following that of its publication in the Official Journal of the European Union.

It shall apply from the 22 July 2013, except for Article 3(2), Article 9(5), Article 10(2) and Article 14(4), which shall apply from 15 May 2013.

This Regulation shall be binding in its entirety and directly applicable in all Member States.
