Financial rules
The financial rules applicable to the Authority shall be adopted by the Management Board after consulting the Commission. Those rules may not depart from Commission Delegated Regulation (EU) 2019/715 ( 27 ) unless the specific operational needs for the functioning of the Authority so require and only with the prior agreement of the Commission.
