Article 41
Entry into force
This Regulation shall enter into force on the 20th day following its publication in the Official Journal of the European Union.
It shall apply from its date of entry into force. However:

Article 4(1) shall apply from 7 December 2010 and |

points (f), (g) and (h) of Article 4(3) shall apply from 7 June 2011. |
This Regulation shall be binding in its entirety and directly applicable in all Member States.
