Article 3
Information concerning type of clients in the Union
1. A third-country firm shall provide the information referred to in Article 46(5) of Regulation (EU) No 600/2014 to the clients in a durable medium.
2. The information referred to in Article 46(5) of Regulation (EU) No 600/2014, shall be:

(a) |
provided in English or in the official language, or one of the official languages, of the Member State where the services are to be provided; |

(b) |
presented and laid out in a way that is easy to read, using characters of readable size; |
|
(c) |
without using colours that may diminish the comprehensibility of the information. |
