Transitional measures
1.
This Directive shall not apply to credit agreements existing on the date when the national implementing measures enter into force.
2.
However, Member States shall ensure that Articles 11, 12, 13 and 17, the second sentence of Article 18(1), and Article 18(2) are applied also to open-end credit agreements existing on the date when the national implementing measures enter into force.
