Accompanying documents„Accompanying documents“ are documents of relevance for the legal act as a whole. This includes “Preparatory material” and “Documents of general relevance”.
„Accompanying documents“ do not include the documents that can be attributed to specific articles of the legal act. Documents relevant to specific articles can be found as „Related documents“ on the respective article pages.
Preparatory material”Preparatory material” includes the documents developed in the process prior to the enactment of the respective legal act.
Related documents”Related documents” are documents relevant to specific articles. They are attributed to specific article pages of the legal acts.
“Related documents”-iconThis icon indicates that our algorithms have detected at least one Related document for the respective article.
“Q&A”-iconQ&AThis icon indicates that our algorithms have detected at least one Q&A published by EBA or ESMA for the respective article.
“Guidelines”-iconGLThis icon indicates that our algorithms have detected Guidelines published by EBA, ESMA or the ECB for the respective article.
“ITS/RTS”-iconITS/RTSThis icon indicates that our algorithms have detected Implementing Technical Standards (ITS) and/or Regulatory Technical Standards (RTS) based on the respective article.
